I had a very bad experience today, approximately around 6:52 PM, I pressed the button on my remote and the arm went up, the gate started to open, I pulled forward waiting for the gate to open completely and opened about two feet and it started closing and the arm came down and hit my car and the arm went back up and the gate opened and I drove through.
It happened to other resident a few days back and it took them a few days to reach the home ownerâs association and the lady was so rude, she said that they r not responsible for this, gate company is.
The repairs are going on constantly and they can not find someone good to fix this problem.
I would be talking to a lawyer and would like to be compensated for the damages.
So sad, they do nothing for usâŚ



I have seen both gates malfunction within the last week, and actually both sides (in and out) of both gates malfunction within the last week. I have seen the vendor working on it more than once within the last week, just to see them malfunction again the next day or two. Itâs pretty clear this equipment does not work.
