If anyone is missing a black cat, one was spotted on our outdoor security cameras around 10:30 last night. We live on Wildrose, near Applewood. Coyotes were out this morning, so I hope your baby is back home safe and sound. ❤️

I had a very bad experience today, approximately around 6:52 PM, I pressed the button on my remote and the arm went up, the gate started to open, I pulled forward waiting for the gate to open completely and opened about two feet and it started closing and the arm came down and hit my car and the arm went back up and the gate opened and I drove through.
It happened to other resident a few days back and it took them a few days to reach the home owner’s association and the lady was so rude, she said that they r not responsible for this, gate company is.
The repairs are going on constantly and they can not find someone good to fix this problem.
I would be talking to a lawyer and would like to be compensated for the damages.
So sad, they do nothing for us…
I have seen both gates malfunction within the last week, and actually both sides (in and out) of both gates malfunction within the last week. I have seen the vendor working on it more than once within the last week, just to see them malfunction again the next day or two. It’s pretty clear this equipment does not work.
I just returned from my mother's home and her HOA installed a new gate system that has an amazing digital screen, ai plate recognition, connection to 3rd party customer service.
I know she pays less in HOA fees and so I do not believe the system is that outrageous in pricing. I am awaiting to get the company and brand from her.

My husband is currently under Home care where Nurse comes once a week Last Friday Nurse came in the morning. One gate wasn’t letting him in so he chose to look up another access & made the appointment. Same afternoon another Nurse had to cone to draw blood for serious condition my husband has. Nurse tried numerous times entering our 4 digit code @ Serrano gate but unsuccessful so I offered to meet her @ the gate. By the time I reach she had to leave for her next appointment. But when I turned around & tried to enter through the gate the arm opened but gate didn’t & arm fell on the hood of my Leased Tesla. Not acceptable at all 😡👎I was livid as urgent health issue wasn’t taken care of due to gate issues & on top of that what happened to me & my car. I called your office but it closed @ 1 pm on Friday. Call went to answering svc. I left a detailed msg for Marti specifically to address the issue & call bk. Thank god no damage that I could see to the car after coming home. Today is Tuesday past 5pm no call bk from you our Parkridge community Assoc mgr until after 5 pm which is unacceptable & unprofessional.
This morning my husband off for PT appointment & tried to go through goldenrod exit gate wasn’t working. So he had to turn around & use the other gate. After PT appt he went again to see if goldenrod gate worked. Nope. Arm went up but gate did not open.
Problem with community gate started with previous association. Last time our 3 digit code worked for us prior to 8-2024 b4 Revolve association took over. My last appeal to you fix this serious gate issue. Assign new 3 digit code to work with my cell xxx. I DO NOT prefer giving out my 4 digit code to vendors, therapists & nurses. Unsafe for HOwners. Way too many Empty promises have been given out. Now really show up & get the job done.

She called me yesterday after 5 pm with same lame excuse of “we are doing everything in our power to address the issue informing the gate company. Nothing more we can do.” After 10 minutes call she abruptly hangs up & sends me her same response via email. Friday’s urgent issue gets a call bk Tuesday after hours because I sent abv email. I don’t have patience or understanding for incompetent people be it assoc or the gate company. I have to write here after almost 1.5 yrs of issue with gate codes & gate as we all have gone through. Thx for reading me & hope no one has to deal with such.

Gate at Serrano had problem with arm going constantly. Vendor responded and left the gate and arm open. Need update from property manager on our gate issues.
The black cat was in our yard again last night around 10 PM. It’s coyote mating season so I hope it stays safe.
