I have a neighbor who, I believe is a renter.
Neighbor has 6 to 7 cars parked in his driveway and street.
Two to three cars park in front of my house, causing my visitors and vendors
to have to park elsewhere.
Perhaps more than one family or sub renters may be occupying the
residency.
Are there any CR and R rules governing this situation?
Just asking.
